Support program participants with a record you can account for

Participants use a free job search tracker that stays theirs after the program, and share it with your staff only if they choose to. Your agency gets a record of who did what, a roster to report from, and billing by invoice or purchase order.

How it helps

  • Consent at the moment of sharing

Participants choose each board they share and read exactly what staff will and will not see before they agree. Contacts, resumes and personal details are never shared.

  • A caseload at a glance

The roster gives every participant a line for each board they share, with how many applications are on it and when they were last active, and flags anyone quiet for 14 days or with an interview that has no feedback. Interviews and offers are counted in the CSV export and the insights page.

  • An audit log for accountability

Invitations, role changes, removals, shares, notes and roster exports are each recorded with who did them and when. Owners and admins can read the log.

  • Report from a CSV file

Owners and admins download the roster as a CSV file, for the whole program or one cohort, and each download is itself written to the audit log.

  • Billing that fits public budgets

Pay by invoice or purchase order by arrangement, rather than by card. If a card payment does fail, the seats it pays for stay active while it is retried.

What applicants control

Applicants choose which board to share and can stop sharing at any time, which ends staff access straight away. Staff can read a shared board but never change it, and the applicant’s account stays free.

Before sharing a board, an applicant is shown exactly what a share does and does not expose, in these words:

What an applicant is told staff can see

  • Every application on that board, with its job title, company, location and the compensation you recorded.
  • The interviews you logged on those applications, and how each application has moved between statuses.
  • The insights calculated for that board.

What an applicant is told is never shared

  • Your contacts, and everything you recorded about them.
  • Your resumes and any other documents you uploaded.
  • Your personal information — your address, phone number, and anything else you saved for the browser extension.
  • Your email templates.
  • Every other board. Sharing one board shares that board and nothing else.
  • Your board settings.

Frequently asked questions

Does a participant pay, or lose the account afterwards?

Neither. Participants never pay, and their account stays free after they leave your organization. Leaving stops their boards being shared and deletes nothing of theirs.

Who can read the notes staff leave?

The participant can. Notes are left on the applications of a board the participant shared, and they read them there. They are not private case notes.

What happens if we run out of seats?

Nothing is deleted. You cannot invite another participant until you add seats, and while the organization is over its limit, staff cannot open participant boards until an owner adds seats or removes participants.
