# One roster for every student your career center supports

Students keep their own free job search and choose whether to share it with your career center. Your staff get a roster, cohorts and figures built only from what students shared, with roles and an audit log for a team of any size.

## How it helps

- **Invite a whole class at once**: Paste a column from a spreadsheet or a list from your mail client, add a welcome message, and choose the cohort the students join the moment they accept.
- **Cohorts that keep their history**: Group students by class year, program or intake. When a student leaves a cohort you record why — completed, placed, withdrew or removed — and an archived cohort still names itself on the record of everyone who went through it.
- **Figures for the whole center**: Applicants sharing, applications, interviews, offers, placements, median days to a first interview and response rate, over the last 30 days, 90 days, year or all time, for everyone or one cohort.
- **Roles for a real team**: Owners and admins manage staff, cohorts and settings, and owners manage billing. Coaches read shared boards, leave feedback and invite students. Staff seats are unlimited.
- **An audit log and a roster export**: Invitations, role changes, shares, cohort changes and roster exports are all recorded. Owners and admins can download the roster as a CSV file, for the whole center or one cohort.

## What applicants control

Applicants choose which board to share and can stop sharing at any time, which ends staff access straight away. Staff can read a shared board but never change it, and the applicant’s account stays free.

Before sharing a board, an applicant is shown exactly what a share does and does not expose, in these words:

### What an applicant is told staff can see

- Every application on that board, with its job title, company, location and the compensation you recorded.
- The interviews you logged on those applications, and how each application has moved between statuses.
- The insights calculated for that board.

### What an applicant is told is never shared

- Your contacts, and everything you recorded about them.
- Your resumes and any other documents you uploaded.
- Your personal information — your address, phone number, and anything else you saved for the browser extension.
- Your email templates.
- Every other board. Sharing one board shares that board and nothing else.
- Your board settings.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can the career center see everything a student tracks?

No. Staff see only the boards a student chooses to share: the applications, interviews and status history on them. Contacts, resumes, documents, personal information and every other board stay private to the student.

### Do students keep their account after they graduate?

Yes. The account belongs to the student and stays free. Leaving your organization stops their boards being shared and deletes nothing of theirs.

### Can a student share more than one board with us?

Yes. A student can share any number of their boards, and each shared board is its own line on the roster. Sharing one board never shares another, and each share can be stopped on its own.
