Scope: contacts:read. Kind: read. Acts on: personal.

Answers who is owed a follow-up, which interviews are coming up, what was said recently, and how much networking happened over the window. Two parts deliberately ignore `range`: upcoming interviews, and the "gone quiet" rule behind the follow-up list, because both are about what to do next rather than about a historical window. Reach for this before `contacts.list` when the question is what to do rather than who exists; `people.get_analytics` has the comparison against the previous window.
