Compare this window of networking against the one before it

Scope: contacts:read. Kind: read. Acts on: personal.

Answers how much networking happened over the window and how that compares with the equal-length window immediately before it, plus the contacts talked to most. Every comparison is like for like: thirty days against the previous thirty, never a running total against a window. Each metric says in `comparison.kind` whether a percentage is even meaningful — the `all` range has no earlier window, and growth from an empty window has no percentage. Use `people.get_overview` for who to contact next.
