# organization_insights.get_dashboard

Read the aggregate figures across an organization

Every number a director quotes in a status meeting, over one time range and optionally one cohort: how many applicants are sharing, how many applications and interviews and offers there have been, the median days to a first interview, the response rate, the funnel, week-by-week activity, a per-applicant table and the sources and companies the applications went to. It is built only from boards applicants have actually shared, so somebody who shares nothing contributes nothing to any figure here — count them with `roster.list` instead. For one applicant's own dashboard, read `insights.get_dashboard` with their board id. Staff only, and the seat lock applies.
